Tim Richards has been a pastor for the last 25 years, serving four churches during that time in both rural and suburban Missouri.  He began to feel God leading him toward planting a new church about 24 months ago.  Tim has a passion and vision for what He believes God wants The Refuge to become in the years ahead.  He has a heart for people who will not feel comfortable in traditional setting and for communicating the Bible in a practical way.  He's been writing for the Post dispatch for about five years targeting those who don't know Christ with an approach that gently encourages them to take the next step in their faith.
