Tim Richards has been a pastor for the last 25 years, serving four churches during that time in both rural and suburban Missouri.  He has a passion for what He believes God wants The Refuge to become.  He has a heart for people who don't feel comfortable in a traditional church and for communicating the Bible in a practical understandable way.  He's been writing for the Post dispatch for about five years sharing his faith in a way that gently others to take the next step in their faith journey.
